Below is a rough guide of how long orders can take to get to you once they've been dispatched.

| Germany | Royal Mail: 10 - 15 Business Days Deutsche Post: 3 - 5 Business Days UPS: 2 - 3 Business Days |
Please note: These time frames are not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped, it will be passed onto your national postal service, who will deliver it to you in keeping with their standard working practices.
If your order hasn't arrived in the specified time frame we can only look into this if you have selected tracked shipping.
We do need to allow a maximum timeframe before we assume that a package is lost in transit - please see these time frames below.
